Last week I made an extremely spicy Vietnamese/Chinese Pork entree with the Extra Red Hot Chili powder and I had the mouths of my guests smoking. Heat combined with savory goodness made the small gettogether spectacular. I love hot spicy entrees ever since I was a kid. Thank you very, very much!
I blend the Honeybush Tea with a good black tea. It makes the taste so scrumptious!
I give this mix to many of my friends. It's great on burgers, any steak, chicken and pork. It is so delicious in prime rib, but more versatile than any other mix I've found. I even use it on "cabbage steaks" slices of cabbage done on the grill or the air fryer with great results.
The spices I purchase are excellent, but something’s missing - oh yeah, quality spice containers and dispensers! The pouches are okay for long term storage (when stored in a dark cool cabinet) but are worthless for distribution onto foods being prepared or on plated foods.
The herbs are wonderful very aromatic and fresh. The smallest package is huge - I couldn't use this much in a lifetime. You really need smaller packs on these lighter weight herbs. Sometimes I see something I'd like to try, but don't order because the package is too big.
I am disappointed with this company ... I had ordered a few spices and had questioned a free product (vanilla sticks) that I may have overlooked in my order. I had emailed to make the correction, never received a response or at least a followup. I will go somewhere else to get my spices.. Customers should be acknowledged in any business!!!
I was expecting plain dehydrated jalapenos that are dry and brittle, and what I received was an amazing jalapeno that came back to life with a little moisture. it is fantastic to grab a pinch and put it in anything your cooking to give it a little bit of spice. Mild heat with great flavor.
Doesn't have a strong flavor to it. I used it on wings to see what that would taste like. Maybe it would be better if I mixed it with parmesan.
Tasted almost identical to the Buffalo seasoning I got last time, but less spicy.
Make it automatic, and I'd like it. Companies bank on the consumer not taking the time to do it.
This garlic has a natural sweet taste. It is also, very potent. A little goes a long way. It also, keeps very well in the freezer.

while I was bedbound after a disabling accident, my husband was a new cook and used the fried chicken spice on every main dish including fish beef chicken as well as who knows what. All of which everyone found delicious. Thanks, from a celebrated cook. You are never too old to learn (85).
